Real estate through the lens of space, design, and the numbers behind it.

I approach real estate by paying attention to three things: how a space feels, how it’s designed, and whether the numbers make sense.

I think homes communicate a lot before you ever get to a spreadsheet. The light, the layout, the proportions, the way one room moves into another — those things matter. I like to slow down enough to notice what’s working, what isn’t, and what a space could become.

At the same time, I’m grounded in the practical side of the decision. I care about pricing, comparable sales, market activity, condition, renovation potential, and the long-term value behind a property. Loving a home matters, but understanding what you’re buying matters just as much.

Design is the thread that connects the two for me. I’m drawn to thoughtful architecture, materials, and spaces that feel considered rather than simply finished. I love helping clients recognize the details that give a home character, as well as the opportunities that might not be obvious at first glance.

Outside of real estate, I’m naturally drawn to the things that shape how we live — design, food, wellness, travel, and the feeling of creating a home that reflects who you are. I live in East Nashville with my husband, Ricky, and a lot of my own perspective on homes has come from living in, renovating, and continually reimagining our own.

That’s what I love about the Dojo Mod approach. It leaves room for instinct without ignoring the facts. It’s thoughtful, observant, and personal — a way of helping people make decisions that feel right and hold up on paper too.
